Welcome to Common Way Acupuncture (CWA)! By booking an appointment or purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure that I can provide you with the best possible care.

General

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by CWA. By using my services, you agree to these terms. If you cannot agree with any part of them, please refrain from booking an appointment.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or Paypal.

No Insurance Policy

CWA does not accept insurance. All services are offered on a fee-for-service basis, payable at the time of your appointment. Clients are responsible for the full cost of services.

No Refund Policy

All services rendered by CWA are non-refundable. As with any kind of treatment, there is no guarantee of success. Know that I am committed to providing the highest level of care for each individual and view our work together as a collaboration.

Cancellation Policy

As an appointment-based business, it is essential for me to know as soon as possible if you have to cancel or change your appointment time. CWA requires 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes or cancellations made in less than 24 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost of the service. No shows are subject to the full amount of the service.

Rescheduling Policy

Limitation of Liability

My services do not replace Western medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I encourage clients to seek advice from their primary healthcare providers regarding any specific health concerns.
